Programme

Cancellations

Membership and squads can be cancelled at any time, there is no fixed tie-in period to these. I ask for 1 month’s notice to be able to put a stop on the payment. The same applies if you wish to permanently cancel an individual lesson slot.

Individual lessons
If you pay monthly for individual lessons, the slot you have is specifically reserved for you. If you cancel a lesson because you are away on holiday or unable to make the session for another reason, you will be charged for this session missed. If enough notice is given to the coach, the coach will try to fill the slot and if they can, you will be refunded for the session.

If a lesson has to be cancelled because of bad weather or because a coach is ill or unable to attend the session then you will receive a refund for the session missed. This takes 5-10 days to be re-credited to your payment card.

I am a fully insured Level 2 coach, and really enjoy working with younger players to develop their technique, skill and love of tennis. When I’m not coaching, I am a police officer and work within the local area. I’m keen to support my community, and am lucky my jobs allow me to do this.

I aim to encourage players to do their best and enjoy themselves whilst learning. I’m really pleased to be part of the First Service coaching team.
